By participating in our Ambassador Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
 
1. Ambassador Sign-Up and Referral Code:
 
a. Upon signing up as an ambassador, you will be assigned a unique referral code.
 
b. This referral code can be shared with other customers.
 
2. Successful Referral Criteria:
 
a. A successful referral occurs when the referred customer has either exhausted the refund period or has used any feature from the Pro and Success packages, thereby forfeiting the refund option.
 
3. Conditions for Commission:
 
a. Any Commission is valid upon the referred customer's purchase of the Success package only.
 
b. Commission cannot be stacked or combined with other promotional referral offers and Subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per the Indian Government Laws.
 
c. We reserve the right to revoke commission to be given without prior notice.
 
4. Cash-out Process:
 
a. The Admitix Private Limited team will handle the cash-out process manually after the cash-out request is submitted from the ambassador login.
 
b. Payments will be released based on the review of successful referrals and Subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per the Indian Government Laws.
 
c. Ambassador bank account details will be gathered via email for payment processing.
 
5. Referral Verification and Fraudulent Referrals:
 
a. We reserve the right to revoke any referral count if fraudulent referrals are detected. We are not liable to pay for fraud / bogus / duplicate referrals.
 
b. If any referral amount is revoked, we will provide an explanation / details via email upon request at contact-us@admitix.in.
 
6. Referral Limits:
 
a. There is no limit to the number of referrals an ambassador can make.
 
7. Compliance with Terms:
 
a. By participating in the Ambassador Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
 
b. Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your ambassador status and forfeiture of any Commission or rewards.
 
8. Modifications to Terms:
 
a. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
 
b. Continued participation in the Ambassador Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
 
9. Termination of Program:
 
a. We reserve the right to terminate the Ambassador Program at any time without any prior notice.
 
b. Upon termination of Ambassador Program, all accrued but unpaid earnings will be paid to applicable Ambassadors.
