    1. Overview

    This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for paid services purchased on the Admitix platform, including the main site (admitix.in) and the test preparation subdomain (prep.admitix.in). By purchasing any paid service or subscription, you agree to the terms of this policy.

    We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review this policy carefully to understand your options.

    2. Admitix Success Package (admitix.in)

    The Admitix Success Package is a one-time payment of ₹5,000 that unlocks lifetime access to all premium features on admitix.in, including full visa prep, unlimited SOP generations, advanced college matching, on-campus job guides, quick apply with cashbacks, and priority AI features.

    Refund Eligibility

    • You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@admitix.in.
    • Refunds are available only if you have not substantially used premium features (e.g., generated more than 1 SOP, accessed more than 5 premium visa prep tracks, or used Quick Apply).
    • If you have substantially used premium features within the 7-day window, no refund will be issued.

    Non-Refundable Scenarios

    • Requests made after the 7-day window has passed.
    • Accounts where premium features have been substantially consumed.
    • Purchases made during promotional or discounted offers, unless the promotional terms explicitly allow refunds.

    3. Admitix Prep Subscriptions (prep.admitix.in)

    Admitix Prep offers recurring subscription plans for test preparation:

    • Premium Plan: Includes unlimited practice questions, all mock tests, AI-adaptive practice, detailed analytics, and more. Available for a single exam with optional add-on exams.
    • Premium Plus Plan: Includes everything in Premium plus all 5 exams, personalized study roadmap, and AI-powered writing and speaking evaluation. Available in monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles.

    Refund Eligibility

    • You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
    • Refunds are available only if you have not attempted any practice tests or mock exams during the refund window.
    • Once you attempt a practice test, mock exam, or use AI evaluation features, the subscription is considered consumed and is no longer eligible for a refund.
    • Refund eligibility applies only to the first billing cycle. Renewals (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are not eligible for refunds — cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged.

    Cancellation

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@admitix.in.
    • Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
    • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
    • Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility is determined separately as described above.

    Plan Changes

    If you upgrade from Premium to Premium Plus mid-cycle, the price difference is charged immediately and is subject to the same refund terms. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle — no prorated refund is issued for the current cycle.

    4. Live Classes (prep.admitix.in)

    Live Classes are instructor-led, scheduled sessions offered as a separate package on prep.admitix.in. Enrolling in a Live Class batch also includes a complimentary quarter of Premium Plus at no additional cost.

    Strictly Non-Refundable

    • All Live Class purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of attendance or completion.
    • Because Live Classes involve reserved instructor time, scheduled slots, and limited batch sizes, refunds cannot be accommodated once a purchase is made.
    • The complimentary Premium Plus quarter included with Live Classes is also non-refundable and non-transferable.

    If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from joining a scheduled session, contact us at support@admitix.in and we will work to provide access to a recorded session or an alternative batch where available.

    5. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund for an eligible purchase:

    • Send an email to support@admitix.in with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]".
    • Include your registered email address, the product or plan purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request.
    • Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and may ask for additional information.

    Please do not initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider before contacting us. We are committed to resolving refund requests fairly and promptly.

    6. Refund Processing

    Once a refund request is approved:

    • The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
    • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
    • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
    • Your access to paid features will be revoked upon refund approval. Any remaining subscription period or lifetime access will be forfeited.

    The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

    7. Disputes and Chargebacks

    We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@admitix.in before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

    • If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the chargeback with documentation of the services provided.
    • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

    8. Changes to This Policy

    We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

    Your continued use of paid services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
